Princess Couture provides worldwide shipping.


All items are tracked. All your tracking information would be emailed to you once your order is fulfilled.

When will my order be delivered?

Princess Couture takes 24-72 hours to prepare your order for delivery. If you add tailoring service to your order, it takes a maximum of 7 days to ship your order.

Delivery to UK: 1-7 days

Next day delivery (UK): 1-3 days

Please note that UK Next Day and Saturday Deliveries (postcode restrictions may apply).

Standard International delivery: 1-14 days

Fast/Express delivery: 7 days (dependant on which country)

The order will be dispatched between Monday-Friday, excluding local and national holidays. Delivery times are estimates and commence from date of shipping. We shall not be responsible for unpredictable delays.

PLEASE NOTE: Please make sure you re-check that your delivery address is correct.

Princess Couture is not liable in any way, shape or form for your order once it has been shipped.

We advise you to please check with your local Post/Sorting Office if you have not received your order after 14 days (UK), 20 days (Europe) and 25 days (Rest of the World).



Princess Couture accept returns and exchanges provided it is within 14 days of receipt of your items and that it is in perfect condition.

All items must be returned unworn, as sold with all tags intact i.e. the same condition in which we sent it in – unworn and unwashed. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition (eg: with makeup stains, perfume, etc) we may have to send it back to you.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the product is returned back to us and it us also under their liability to covr any postal charges for the return and for the shipping of the new item.

We do however recommend that customers who send for an exchange, opt for a registered/signed post in order to have a certificate of postage for their own record.

For international exhanges, the same regulations apply, however if you are from outside the EU, you MUST complete a short customs declaration form; stating that the package encloses 'returned goods'. If for any reasons the package is stopped at UK customs and a charge has incurred, no payment will be made by Princess Couture and the package will be returned to the sender.

To return your item(s), follow the steps below:

1. Send us an email to info@princesscouture.co.uk with your name and order number and the reason for the return and exchange.

2. Wait for our email with your return authorisation.

3. Return the item(s) using the postal carrier of your preference. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed.

4. Please insure your include the original invoice when returning or exchanging.

5. You will receive an email once your refund or exchange has been processed.

PLEASE NOTE: We are NOT liable for lost return packages and recommend you to insure and track your package.

To be eligible for a (partial) refund, you have to contact Princess Couture within 24 hours receiving your parcel in the case of any damage on the goods exceeded. The responsibility will be the customer.



Specifications and descriptions of products on this website are intended only to give a  general description of products. The price of the Goods and our postage and packaging charges will be as quoted on our site from time-to-time, except in cases of obvious error.

Prices of Goods and postage and packaging charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a dispatch confirmation.

Our site contains a large number of Goods and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Goods listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where the Goods' correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Goods to you. If the Goods' correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Goods, or reject your order and notify you that we are rejecting it.

If the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably recognised by you as an error, we do not have to provide the Goods to you at the incorrect (lower) price.

Payment for all Goods must be made by the payment methods set out below.

All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We reserve the right to deduct an administration fee from your credit or debit card to cover our reasonable expenses if the Goods are not delivered because the address is incorrect as a result of you providing incorrect informati


on to us when you placed the order.

Offers and promotions on our website are subject to availability and we may change or withdraw them at any time and without notice. Nothing shall oblige us to maintain offers or promotions for any period.


Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to import taxes and/or duties., which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly. by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, contact your local customs office.

How much do you charge for delivery?

We currently offer free standard delivery within UK for orders over £150.


Unauthorised use of this website may give to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
